Environmental bubbles changes the environment for all players, with the new secondary schools players are able to create their own little bubble around themselves that last for X amount of turns. What is missing are curse bubbles allowing for these tiny player bubbles to be changed from doing good stuff for a character to doing bad stuff such as decrease damage, decrease resistances, decrease pip chance, decrease accuracy, etc.
If players don't like the accuracy that storm school has with wild bolt, then they should drop a point into getting a counter bubble that changes the players personal bubble environment into decreasing casting percent.
Curse bubbles would make both game play and PvP more challenging and creative as players have more and more options and so would the creatures they go up against in the game.
If you think about them, there are all sorts of little bubbles that could be created for all sorts of situations. This would also likely mean that players would need be given a few more points to allot into getting such bubbles.
yea, and there should had been a healing personal bubble
You mean like the one life gets?
ya, like the life one gets but of less strength and for a single player... it should also be noted that if PvP isn't playing well that new personal bubbles should be introduced to help alleviate the inbalances.

Yeah, we should influence PvE play to pander to a miniscule fraction of the game. That sounds reasonable... or it will when Cocytus melts (Dante's Inferno).
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "Curse Bubbles (which, in all technicality, are called "Auras")" in your original post; are they negative Auras cast on Enemies, or Spells that alter Enemies' positive Auras to turn them into negative Auras? I believe it's the latter... although both seem reasonable.
