I heard somewhere that on the test realm there were level 55 wands that gave +2 power pips, but they didn't make it to the live realm. I think that should have been put on the live realm. with the pips celestia monsters get, a +2 power pip wand is almost necessary. i think you should put it on the live realm. :D
