I think there needs to be two things added, perhaps three. A barber shop for a makeover, face, hair, hair color. 10gold each change, 30gold total. 50gold to change from boy to girl and vice versa. There also needs to be a legal office to change names, first and last. 30gold each, 60gold to change the first and last name.
