I think balance needs a few more charms to help its skill of higher level

Spirit strike: +10% accuracy to next life death and myth spell 1 pip level 30

Elemental strike: +10% accuracy to next ice fire and storm spell 1 pip level 30

Ancient blade: +70% to next outgoing attack 1 pip level 45

Ensure: +100% accuracy to next outgoing spell 2 pips level 50

Divine blade: +100% attack next outgoing attack spell 3 pips level 60
