Balance Blade is under powered!

I think that balance blade is under powered, it should at least do + 30% like a storm blade. Post your ideas if you think balance blade is under powered or more things about it!

I disagree. The reason it is 25% is because it can be used on any school.
I think it is perfect where it is.
