Go to the world gate(Bartleby)

Defeat Lord NightShade, finish the other quests and you can switch to other worlds.

Just keep doing all the quests, and eventually, you will get to Krokotopia. You cant expect to be able to access all worlds at once. You have to unlock them by doing all the storyline quests to reach to the next world.
