Wizard101 in France?

It says that Wizard101 is in France, but when I click or search this it directs me to the English website. Does anyone know when a French language version will be released? I'd love to be able to practice my French in the game I love :P

If you are not located in France, you will automatically be redirected to your region's version of the game based on your geographical location.

So it will be impossible for me to play on the French server if I live in the United States? Is there any way around this?
