Since the new updates with housing dungeons and how they work unless you are a friend with someone who has all the dungeons & Gauntlets you will no longer be able to access them through house tours including Pagoda and Winter bane. The reason they are from least to most is because of how xp required ratio, so there would be no point for a level one to do lets say Silo for the 109k xp when it will only gain 500xp (or the amount required to level up once). And of course make sure to do them twice! While only getting 50% of the xp from the dungeon second time around it adds up significantly in the long run.
