Why Doesnt Balance know a rank 5 spell? Jade oni doesnt count since its not learnable.

Every other school has a rank 5 spell thats learnable but why doesnt Balance?

Ice has Frostbite
Fire has Scald
Storm has Stormzilla
Myth has Minotaur
Life has Regenerate.
Death has Pirate.

Balance has Judgement, which allows you to cast using X number of pips. So you would multiply her attack by the number of pips you have and that's the attack. Hope this makes sense and helps.
