Why is the Fire Titan so much bigger than the ice?

Hi, so I am a level 63 wizard and I finished wintertusk a week ago or so, so that we can guarantee the ice titan remains asleep and does not bring the ever winter the coven desires. When doing the final boss against the four sons, I have to ask, why is the ice titan so small? When I was in dragonspyre the fire titan was HUGE! It was the same size as the mountain it laid on and in the final battle do not forget the sheer size of its eye. While the ice titan in wintertusk is merely a mouse in comparison. I thought they were the supreme powers of their schools. Why is the fire titan so much bigger?

I feel it may be related to how restricted the Ice Titan is. The Fire Titan is just asleep, correct? Whereas the Ice Titan is being restrained by his sons and Grandmother Raven. Perhaps the magic that keeps him contained also restricts his powers, and thus shrinks his size.
