Why cant I connect?

Every time I log in and click play, it says it cant connect to the server. My internet is fine, antivirus is OK with this program. I need a real person to help me. Any KI want to help me? Also, the game works on other laptops and desktops. Please comment! Thanks!

If you are having trouble logging into the game it could be a number of things.
