Why can mobs cast spells like Copy Qhat and Scorching Scimitars?
Didn't Ignus hand craft this spell? I'm unsure what the lore is behind other spells and maybe someone can give me more insight. In a way, this would also go for efreet as well.
Why can mobs cast it if the Arcanum professor crafted the spell?
