when does the gate in haunted cave open

it opens once you beat collusus blvd, firecat alley and triton avenue.

The gate is only used for deaths level 38 quest. You talk to a Wraith just outside the gate.

Are you taking aout the gate near nightshade's Tower? Nope. That one doesn't open.
