I mean I just got a new computer and it constantly displays that and I don't know if it is cause the computer is slow or if the computer doesn't have a good graphics acceleration card that I was told it was supposed to have but see no mention of it in its book or anywhere else and I think it takes a bit of time going between world areas that it might not need to take
As you enter areas that have creatures you haven't seen yet, you need to download those creatures.
That is what the mob-world data file update is indicating. When Celestia arrives that message should no longer be so generic, but will tell you what creature you are downloading (ie Crystal Spider)
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
