physical self, mental self, and spiritual self
the spiritual self is our core=our reason for being

to know anything about the astral we must first know ourselves and look beyound without wanting or needing
from there we would learn and rationalize that impossiblities are no longer impossible

we would be able to create new doorways or spiral keys to new realms of existance, for only on these new areas of the spiral will we be able to fully experience those impossibilities which in turn brings us these new magic, new teachers, new items
