I've been asking my friends and looking all over the internet and i can't find what bosses drop level 50 storm, balance life, exc., grand decks. Please comment. Thank you!!!
I don't think they drop the grand decks because I finally got the storm deck on my lvl 50 storm character and the boss dropped a lvl 45 storm deck and that was the boss that I was supposed to fight for the deck. I think it only gives you the lvl 45 deck. I hope this answered ur question.
