ok so i am decent with blender (a 3d modelling program) and i was wondering if i created a good enough wand, could you guys put it in game, or maybe, have a player made items shop thing, this would be amazing , even if there was a charge of like 10000 gold for the creation.

I don't think that they would be able to do that. If for no other reason, they probably wouldn't be able to use blender models in the game. And I am sure they'd be able to come up with a few more reasons. That would be cool, though.
