upgraded ice colossus

the new ice colossus makes ice closely as strong as balance and life. and hads more life than both.

I want to know what others think?

Does the new colossus make ice the better choice of school. Or did ice need this upgrade to compete with the other schools better?

They gave ice wizards an increase in that spell as a trade off to giving all schools high universal resists (use to be a ice only thing). Yup, it averages out.
