Unable to use amulets?

Why am I unable to use some of the amulets I have received as drops since the updates?

They are making a lot of Amulets for certain schools. Like If the spell it gives is Ice, It's for Ice wizards only. Not all Amulets have this but a lot are having them now. Hope that explains anything. or it's what you mean :?
