"The mirror will break, the horn will call"

When Morganthe says this at the end of The Chancel, I think it relates to Nastrond. I think "The mirror will break" relates to getting the hammer to break the Ice Wall in Nastrond. Also, I think "The horn will call" relates to getting the horn to make the Ice Bridge. So, in conclusion, I think Morganthe is involved with the Coven. What do you think this chant means?
