How come I'm always draw into battles even when I'm on the sidewalk? I thought you had to run into an enemy to start a battle. I don't want to battle in sunken city dungeon because I am always 3 against 1 with the enemies having 500 hp. I just want to know why in sunken city, i am automatically draw into battles even though i'm on the sidewalk.
