storm semester?

i went thru all the class rooms in wizard city
even the death school in night side and
i notice one thing that was the same in all class rooms.

they all have the magic of the Storm text books on the desk
or scatter through out the class room on the floor as in the death school...

no matter what class you go in to you get taught the magic of the storm?

this means all the teachers teach all the magic but indepth in their own form?
