Hello, I have read in the fall update page about a new spellwrighting system that was added to the game, allowing spells to be upgraded. However, no such page exists in the spells page of the spellbook (or anywhere in the spellbook for that matter). Does it need to be unlocked first or something? And if it does need to be unlocked, how?
