When I accept a quest to go into a dungeon, I usually get a tutorial tip from the final boss of the dungeon. I don't usually get that from enemies. I get it from Grubb, Pops O'Leary, and also Krokhotep for instance. Why do they do that?

Just to warn you that it is a dungeon, so people know what they are getting themselves into before running headlong into it....
