Are there ever cards that you cannot get from your secondary school? For example: can a Necromancer get the minion cards of the Myth school, or are they off-limits?

No you can't get those cards. Only trained spells can be learned in your secondary school. Quest related spells in your secondary school can't be learned. All schools do get minions though. Hope this helps. Thanks, Kieran

you can only get school only cards from your main school. but you can get all cards listed by the myth teacher. and if you do all of zekes quests (zekes the explorer guy in the commons) you can get an entire third school.
