Can someone tell me which are best against which? I know:
Fire vs Ice
Life vs Death
but what about others?

here is a couple that i know ...

1. ice vs fire OR fire vs ice

2. life vs death OR death vs life

3. myth vs storm OR storm vs myth

4. balance vs life and myth OR life and myth vs balance



And thats all i really know for now.

As you may or may not know each school gets a prism (except balance) so that they can fight the same school that they are. This will turn them into the "best" against that opposing school. Although all mobs have this nasty tendency of putting up shields, hey they learned that from us I guess. So you have to be quick to remove them.

Anyways you appear to be asking what are the opposing schools here is the list.

Myth - Storm
Ice - Fire
Life - death

So if you are storm fighting myth your spells will do more damage, just like if your Myth fighting storm your spells will do more damage.

They are all this:

Life vs. Death
Storm vs. Myth
Ice vs. Fire
Life, Death, Myth vs. Balance

Note that these do not follow in Player Versus Player combat.

balance does have a opposing schoool im a balance wizard and myth as second school i casted cyclops on a balance monster and it did boost

Ok just to make this clear balance actually has 3 opposing schools Myth, Death, and life all of the spirit schools.

fire v ice
life v death
storm v myth
balance v myth, life or death

Balance isn't boosted against life, myth, or death, life, myth, and death are boosted by balance.
