The report button has many good uses. The one thing I HATE about it, is that when you don't have a membership, you can't send in reports. Everytime I run out of membership time, I see more foul language, ranting, flaming, rudeness etc. I think EVERYONE should be allowed to use the button.
That would open the door for people to make multiple accounts and false-report people.
right now (if you have a membership) you can still false report someone. KI should make it so if you report someone, they see a list of things they recently said.
