Why can't we have separate balancing for PVP and PVE? Look I understand some spells are broken in PVP (looking at you ) but they're fine in PVE. Literally no reason to have the same balancing.
let me say this. Balancing for PvP and PvE should be different, however, if the spells are beyond what they should be, like it or not, they should be adjusted. Do the monsters care? No, but once you break a spell, you have to continue to break future spells in order to maintain a power curve.
