I have been farming Oyotomi in Moo Shu for his balance robe. In the past, his drop rate for specific gear and the Oyotomi blade was much higher. Has this RNG been changed in any way, or is my luck just awful?
It seems to me, sadly, drop rates have gone down across the board. Having played for a very long time, I do not believe this is just coincidence. Of course, I do not know this for a fact, it is just my hunch based on experience. Sorry you are having such a hard time. I have also farmed that particular boss for the gear, and do not remember having a very hard time with it. Good Luck!
