I am in the process of moving everything that my Fire wizard owns so that I can create a new Fire wizard. She was my first wizard. We had a great time but she's not "up on all the latest". I've learned so much about wizards in general that I want to resurrect her new and improved. Here's my question. When I put her house in the shared bank does it have to be totally empty? I know it can't have pets or mounts. If it has to be empty is there a "complete contents" key I can use? It's a Botanical Garden house and it's full !!

It can definitely have things in it. The restrictions are there to prevent no trade items being passed.
Remove pets, mounts, gear, gear vaults...I think that is it. If you try to add it to the shared bank and it says there are items without telling you what the problem is think of no-trade things...idk if jewel vaults need to be removed since they can be passed. You don't need to clear it out though, you can pass a decorated house with plants growing inside!
Remember that a house can only be passed once every 90 days so make sure you take it out on the right wizard or it will be stuck there for 3 months! Also, your wizard cannot hold multiple houses the same eg they can't have more than 1 Barn Farm...worse luck!

Thank you Victoria I did find the "pick up all" button to put everything in the bank. Then I transferred all of it to my other wizards so it wouldn't disappear when I delete the Fire. Broke my heart to sell the Botanical House. I loved it. And yes, the houseboat is in "storage" until April 20. I didn't know about that. It may be a while before I start playing with fire again since my Myth girl is doing pretty well. Thank you for the help.
