For some reason I can't get into the necropolis when i just unlocked it, If anyone knows why please help! :? :-(
If this is your first time going into the Necropolis, you don't enter thru the portal.
Read the dialogue bubble in your quest log for Exploring the Necropolis (if that is the quest you are working on).
It says to enter the Necropolis thru the Double Dragon Doors in the Plaza of Conquests. Look at your map when you get in the Plaza of Conquests and I think you can see the Double Dragon Doors at the top of the map.
After this first visit, then you can use the regular portal.
