Missing Items from Backpack

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that they have been missing any items from their backpack. I know for certain that i had two specific items in my backpack and when i went to sell them they were gone. One disappeared within five minutes of receiving it. Anyone else having this problem?

Check your Bank first in your Dorm room or Castle, items you receive as rewards when your backpack is full, automatically go into your Bank.

If they're not there, send an email to Mr Lincoln with the following details if you have them:
Character Name
Names of Items that went missing

He can look through the history of your character and determine whether they were deleted, sold or still on your character.
