How do I get the Master of Storm Badge? I'm almost Legendary and I still don't have it. I see people that have a lower level then me and they have the badge! Any fellow Storm Wizards wanna answer?

If you have gotten all of your storm spells from your storm teacher, then you probably don't have all of the storm spells from the secret trainers too. Check out this list of secret trainers:
You're probably missing one of the four Storm spells given by the trainers. Check your spell book for them. The ones you're most likely to be missing are either Sap Power or Dissipate. Each is in an out-of-the-way place.
Storm Shield: Sabrina Greenstar, Fairegrounds.
Soothe: Mortis the Death tree, Nightside, near where your Death school is.
Dissipate: Mildred Farseer, Colossus Blvd, in the house down the lane opposite of Mindy Pixiecrown.
Sap Power: Croaky, basement of Digmoore Station in Marleybone. This is the one that a lot of wizards don't find.
