It was an old crowns item from Prospector Zeke in MarleyBone about five months ago. I still have mine in my bank :-) . It's an extremely rare collector's item now. :-o :D

no boss drop it, it was scrapped from the game. the people who had one still have it but its a retired item now. same with masters garment of the triton
