Hi there, There is lots of gear that isn't crowns only that is good for a healing set.
My favorite set is either using the 130 Catacombs 'Soldiers' gear. It drops from bosses there, however is just slightly weaker than dragoon Crafted Gear. If you don't want to use these, the 130 Robe from the end of karamelle is also good.
As for wands, there is a crafted wand that is sold in Sardonyx of Khrysalis. Athame- best for life is the 99+ morganthe athame at the end fight of Khrysalis
There are a few good rings that give 30+ outgoing heal, I think I use 'stone of the other side'
For resist amulet I choose to use the lvl 140 amulet dropped at the end of karamelle, it gives 8% universal for life.
