I reached level 26 and was contacted my Ambros that a package had arrived for me, however, I was in the middle of a dungeon and could not leave, I then finished the quest and grew another level.
When I arrived at the commons and checked with him, he reacted in no way different than he normally does.

either you got hit bye his bug or he was calling about a letter from grizzleheim that you havent gone far in grizzleheim to get.
