What is going in Wizard101 lately? I have been getting alot of lag and sometimes have to try to get into an area 3-4 before it actually lets me in( I get the message " That area is closed right now" when it actually isn't).
Just now I been trying to connect to Wizard101 and took 5 tries. Yes W101 was up and so was my internet connection. When I finally DID connect now I can't log on to any of my characters because it says " Cannot connect to server" and kicks me back to the character select screen.
I realize there has been alot of new and returning players ever since Celestia has come out but Celestia has been out a while now and these issues should be fixed by now.

What is a DxDiag? A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.
To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
Tickets can take up to 48 hours to receive a response and duplicate tickets can slow the whole process down.
