Kiosk time out on helping should be adjusted

I looked for other posts, didn't find them. When helping the team up Kiosk many times the original asker flees or no shows so the penalty on joining needs to go. Even the Flee option in PVP is only 5 minutes, but 10 for kiosk?

Either that or the penalty should only be inflicted if the player who requested the team-up is still there when you leave.
