Ice Blade

When and Where do you get the Ice Blade my Guy is already 35th level and I still haven't got it.

When you reach level 38, Professor Greyrose will call you and give you a special school quest to do. After completing that quest, you will be given the Ice Blade, finally!

I believe it is the level 38 spell quest. Ice gets it real late, and still not sure why as it really is needed earlier.

At level 38. If I remember correctly, Ice is the last to get their blade.
