How to become test wizard

I've always wondered, how can you become a test wizard.

Can somebody help. At my level right now it would not make a diffrence but its for when I get farther in this game.

I honestly by the things i've heard is sounds like we all can be on the test server. I hear it's down right know but were is it also



Sorry for babbling on and on.
