Go to the housing tab in your backpack and you should see both houses listed. Simply click on the house you want, and then click the equip button at the bottom of the screen. Then when you click the "Go to House" icon on your compass you will go to the correct house. Note that if you click the "Go to House" icon when you are in a house you will go to your dorm room next unless you equip the other house first.
