I have a wooded cottage that has a stream that runs through the property. I was wondering, "how I get a private fishing area or at least some fish for my stream" that I can fish for?
You can not, the house either has fish or it does not. All the bundle houses and school houses have fish as far as I know. The school houses can be purchased with gold.

Not all bundle houses have fish. Not the ones created before fishing, anyway.

That would be an awesome idea -- I'd pay Crowns to be able to add Fishing at some of my castles, such as the Watchtower Hall.
