Hoping someone can answer my question

I understand that open chat is for accounts 18+ that have a valid credit card but what about accounts that are 18+ that pay using prepaid cards? BEcause my account is still paid for, just not by credit card. Is it impossible for me to get it?

Since anyone of any age can purchase a prepaid card, they cannot be used to unlock 18+ Open Chat.
