I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a house covered in snow. I have yet to purchase a house because I am trying to save for a pet, but I might have to bypass the pet for a house covered in snow. Maybe they will have some like that in Grizzleheim?
But I think fun things to do for the holidays would be fun. I would love to do some fun quest or something that was holiday based :)
