Hey there, there are plenty of guides on where to get some great gear like this! As far as good incoming/outgoing healing, I know there is a ring called "Stone of the Other Side" that is pretty good. (Must be level 78+)
Perhaps players can give you a good recommendation of gear based on school and level. The two major items for outgoing/incoming appear to be the athame and ring. What is your current level?
