If you have room to create wizards, please create 3 random wizards (not fire) and a fire. Get the "Find the smiths" quest by your three random players. Now get you fire and do it with him/her. The fire wizard gets about 200 xp and the random wizards get like 400, (I was rounding so I am not on target) try it.
