Although I like ALL the mooshu dungeons, I would have to say the tree of life is my favorite

The Grand Chasm Past.

The lead in and environment change like that was really unique.

Also, the Crown of Fire.

The fight location with Malistaire is truly epic. You get the sense that failing to win will cause disastrous results.
