Hi! I recently deleted a wizard, but I had a storm mastery amulet on him. I don't want the wizard back but is there a way I can at least get the storm mastery amulet back?
You have to fully restore the Wizard to get the item back.

When you contact support, please ensure that you give us: ->the account name ->the character name ->as much information about what you encountered as you can
NEVER send us: ->your password ->your credit card information
The more information you give up front, the faster your issue can be resolved.
If you restore the wizard within 30 days, your items come back with it. You can then put the transferable items in the Shared Bank and delete the Wizard again.
