I'm assuming you bought the Crowns/80.00 membership package last year? If you didn't already have this package, it won't auto-renew at that package (but rather whatever package/deal you bought last year).
If you did buy this package last year, I recommend submitting a KI ticket since it involves an account/billing issue (none of those personnel moderate these forums).
