Confused concerning the level 48 class pet.

Upon completing my level 48 quest, the chat box said I received a Helephant, yet as far as I can tell, it did not appear in my inventory?

Anyone got an explanation?

If your backpack is full it would have gone into your bank. Check there. If there is still a problem place a trouble ticket in with KI.
